The two talented musicians Leon Russell and Marc Benno released their second album as a studio group "Asylum Choir" in 1971, which moves skillfully between psychedelic rock, R&B and gospel groove. Worth mentioning is Russell's own version of "Hello, Little Friend"; for Joe Cocker (who was a big fan of Russell) he produced this version of the classic.
