Starring Julia Roberts and Hugh Grant, the romantic comedy Notting Hill was a huge hit in 1999. The film's soundtrack, now available on Hybrid SACD, is no less famous. Pop classics by Bill Withers, Al Green and the Spencer Davis Group and chart hits by Boyzone, Shania Twain and Ronan Keating make for an appealingly light mix.
Limited edition, the first 1,000 copies are numbered.
This hybrid SACD has been remastered by Sound Max Studios in Hong Kong specifically for the Asian audiophile market. Experience has shown that these are subtle interventions, primarily aimed at avoiding unnecessary compression. Master files from Universal Music in England were used for this purpose.
