"Songs from an American Movie Vol. 1" was released in 2000 and went platinum - yet it would be almost 25 years before the hit album was produced on vinyl.
Intervention Records is pleased to present this first ever release. Fans of the rock band, whose songs can be found in the soundtracks of many US blockbusters, can finally enjoy the hits "AM Radio", "Wonderful" and "Brown Eyed Girl" finely pressed and add them to their collection. Everclear singer and guitarist Art Alexakis is also enthusiastic about the open, wide dynamic range, sweet highs and amazingly clear vocals. The LP, remastered by Kevin Gray, comes on transparent vinyl and is limited to 2,000 copies.
