Intervention Records is pleased to announce its first jazz release: "Freddie Ain't Ready" by Bobby Bradford and his CuZns.
"Freddie' is about identity. It's about discovering, developing and accepting who you are. It's an act that makes us examine whether we really are who we thought we were, and what does that mean for us? Will seeing the truth set us free?
"Freddie" was recorded live and analogue on two tracks by Steve Genewick and Joe Harley at the legendary EastWest (formerly Western) Studios in Hollywood. Custom-built Flux Magnetics headstacks were used, with no processing, limiting or compression - just the highest resolution possible to bring the live sound into your home.
