Características
Rachmaninoff's “Rhapsody” is a popular and extremely successful work for piano. And this LP contains one of the best-sounding recordings of the piece. Fritz Reiner and his Chicago Symphony Orchestra are responsible for the musical quality, which is of the usual high standard. The second part contains a recording of Manuel de Falla's “Nights In The Gardens of Spain” by the San Francisco Symphony Orchestra conducted by Enrique Jorda.
The reissue of the “RCA Living Stereo Classical” series by Analogue Productions meets the highest audiophile standards: Bernie Grundman is responsible for remastering the original tapes. The double LP (45 RPM) includes a 2-page booklet and was pressed on 180-gram vinyl by industry leader Quality Record Pressings (QRP) using Classic Records equipment.
