Características
This astonishing album is widely regarded as one of the greatest audiophile masterpieces ever recorded. Hailed for its superb sound quality in the recording of choral and solo voices by legendary sound engineer Bertil Alving in 1976, it set new standards in sound engineering. The choral album opens with Enrico Bossi's 'Cantate Domino' for choir, organ, trumpets and trombones, and includes outstanding performances of a number of Swedish folk songs, as well as pieces by Handel, Otto Olsson and others.
Mastered by René Laflamme, this 'Deluxe 2 Tape Edition' includes two audiophile SM900 tapes recorded at 15 ips in CCIR (also available in NAB) on two balanced metal reels manufactured in Germany by Feinwerktechnik Allgäu. It is accompanied by a booklet.
